Hi All,
 
I'm new to this list, so I hope I'm using it appropriately.  
 
A little bit of background: I'm a headhunter working for a high-technology search firm called Idealpeople ( www.idealpeople.net).
 
I'm currently knee-deep in one the hardest searches I've ever had to conduct, and I wondered if anyone out there might be interested in this:
 
OO Perl Web Developer - Oxfordshire - £26K - £31K (Permanent).
 
My client are a very small company based in Oxfordshire.  They produce a world-famous website who provide real-time updates relating to the IT Security industry, monitor threat levels, analyse threats, release product reviews and are known as being the point-of-call for all information relating to worldwide malware analysis.  
 
The site they are running has an OO Perl back-end hosted on an Apache webserver.  Front-end is all HTML/CSS.  I'm looking for someone who can manage the on-going development, maintenance and updating of the site, as well as (as a secondary, you don't need to be an expert) ensuring maximum hits and searchability.  Key skills, unsurprisingly, are Apache, Perl (OO preferred), HTML, CSS.
 
This is a small company with a problem to solve.  We'll consider those with commercial experience and very recent graduates who have the skills and are ready to jump in at the deep end.  This is a great role with a very high-profile site within a small company in the highest growth IT industry sector.
