Good speaking to you earlier.
 
Here are the details I have for the role we discussed.  I think they are
basically looking for someone with lots of Perl and XML.  The role
itself will be to look at developeing new code for ntl's set top boxes.
As I mentioned, they will pay up to £450pd on this one and the initial
contract duration is for 2 months.

Additional workload for PVR Project requires additional resource to
deliver both PVR project work and existing projects
 
The successful candidate will be required to assist in the development
of the OSS tools required for our new PVR device, following the designs
produced within the team. The candidate will work closely with the
existing OSS developers on the PVR system, the back-end SNMP systems,
and related tools.
The position will be based in Winnersh.
 
Key skills required:
 
Perl programmer with experience of module creation, CGI.pm, xml:twig,
SNMP experience & MOd_perl, Ajax is desirable
