What you can bring to Yahoo!:

*	Experience in designing and developing software using
object-oriented languages. 
*	Experience of developing in Perl (object oriented), the primary
language of this team. 
*	Experience of source control management tools (e.g. CVS), and an
understanding of software release cycles. 
*	Strong Linux / Unix skills. 
*	Experience designing and creating distributed Web systems.

*	Experience of data management experience with relational databases. 
*	Strong understanding of XML, HTTP, SOAP, Web Services and similar
technologies 
*	Enthusiasm for creating and evolving effective solutions for client
development. 
*	Experience with agile programming methods and a passion for Unit
Testing. 
*	Strong written and verbal communication skills. 
*	Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related engineering
degree
