Just got a call off a recruiter asking about this. He admits he's mostly 
places sales people which is why the spec is a bit, err, vague but he 
seemed like a really nice guy so I thought I'd pass it along.

I am an executive recruiter based here in the States.  We specialize in 
building emerging technology companies on a global basis.  Our most 
recent success is www.riverbed.com, the best performing IPO on the 
NASDAQ last year.  Currently, we are building www.signiant.com , a 
leader in the digital media content distribution space.  Currently, we 
are looking for a senior software engineer for them in the UK, 
preferably in the London area.  They want someone who has a strong 
background in scripting, coding, and programming, as well as strong 
systems integration skills.  This person will be doing all the installs 
in Europe, making sure that the software integrates into these large 
client enterprise networks.  The salary is wide open, and equity would 
also be part of the deal.  I found you online doing a Google search, and
