The platform architecture is based on Linux, Apache, Perl (/Mason), MySQL, Amazon's Web Services (EC2/S3/RDS), gearmand, memcached and other technologies. You will consider yourself an excellent problem-solver, who will enjoy a flexible working environment and a strong team culture. You will need to understand the importance of building structured code that is highly-scalable, reliable and robust.

Required skills:

* Perl platform development
* Database / data-processing experience

Desired skills:

* Linux, Apache, mod_perl, MySQL, HTML::Mason
* Amazon's Web Services (EC2/S3/RDS/...)
* Large-scale data processing, distributed systems,
* Solr/Lucene
* Javascript / AJAX
* Basic systems administration
