The spec is blow, Primary responsibilities will include: * Develop time sensitive EFT monitoring applications/reports using Perl, Unix and SQL * Work with stakeholders to understand and document application requirements and to ensure applications are developed according to specifications. * Review existing Dashboard processes and their migration to the to a new technology application. * Collaborate with other developers and project managers to complete, thoroughly test, and deliver the solution. * Troubleshoot data or software issues and be able to rapidly implement fixes. * To fully document the code and the operation of the delivered applications Position Requirements * 10 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. * Strong Perl object oriented programming skills * Experience with Windows/UNIX environments * Experience in working in an Agile/Iterative environment * Hands-on experience with MS SQL relational databases, preferably including complex table joins, TSQL and stored procedure. * Previous experience of similar application development * High degree of initiative and delivery focussed * Proactive about recognizing potential improvements or impending problems. * Good interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work well in a team environment * Knowledge of Oracle and PL/SQL desirable * Knowledge of Python desirable Please get in contact if you are interested.
