Lead Developer to join our Blue-chip entrepreneurial software house in
Uxbridge.

Leading a small, dynamic, like minded and hardworking development team.
This is a great opportunity for Lead Developers who are passionate about
cutting edge technology products.

The successful developer will have a strong commercial background in
Perl programming techniques as well as being able to lead and manage a
passionate software team of junior and mid level developers. 

The Successful Developer must tick the majority of the following boxes: 
- 3-4 years on a commercial level developing applications via PERL 
- Excellent understanding of SQL database systems 
- Object driven Development (OOD) 
- Must come from a Microsoft background 
- Development methodologies such as; Scrum or Xtreme Programming are
desirable.
