Mid to Senior Perl Developer is required for one of the largest Perl houses in the country based in Central London, They are a leading Web Brand , globally recognised, and certainly well re-knowned for its Perl technical stack. You'll be working alongside some of the fore-most technical authorities in the Perl community, and your exposure can only benefit and heighten your problem solving scope for ever more complex systems.
You will need to have 1 to 3 years Perl experience, along ideally with front-end development skills including Javascript, HTML and CSS. Plus Database Skills such as MySQL.
They are also looking for you to have an understanding of "Modern Perl" and Object-Relational Mapping (Class::DBI, DBIx:: Class).
If you would like to progress swiftly through the ranks than a familiarity with Moose, Mouse and Moo. In addition, there is a requirement for Perl Web Frameworks such (i.e Catalyst).
You will be an integral part of the leading Perl team in country, creating new ideas and products, developing products and adding to the backend system to help with the management of the business. Required skills: Minimum 2 years’ Perl experience - commercially or as a string interest.
Good knowledge of Relational Databases, especially MySQL
Good knowledge of source control management systems, e.g. SVN or GIT
Good knowledge of CPAN and commonly used Perl modules
Knowledge of working with XML API’s.
System Admin skills like Vim and grep.
Applications skills like using Apache, BIND and Exim. Desired skills: Desirable:

Knowledge of X/HTML
Working knowledge of CSS / Javascript
Familiar with: Moose, Mouse, Moo, Class::Std, Class::Accessor
Understanding of Object-Relational mapping (i.e. Class::DBI, DBIx::Class, etc.)
Familiar with Perl web frameworks (i.e., Catalyst,.)
Have an understanding of “Modern Perl”

Salary Range is £35,000 to £40,000 (Negotiable)
