A unique opportunity has arisen to join one of the UK's leading Perl
Software Houses! Based in the City (near London Bridge commutable from
most areas of London!) Currently performing exceptionally well, seeing
huge growth and looking for a skilled Lead Perl Developer/ Perl Software
Development Manager to help the CTO steer the Development direction of
the team and also be involved heavily in the day to day coding
challenges!

Project areas could include: large-scale OO Perl application development
or complex server-side business logic, RESTful APIs, work on the
underlying backend and storage technologies through to interface
development!

Required skills: 
- OO Perl in large structured applications 
- SQL (PostgreSQL or MySQL) 
- Good development practices, high-quality maintainable tested code
- Adept at problem solving & delivering solutions requiring lateral
thinking around difficult scenarios 
- Knowledge of CPAN and mailing lists for solving a variety of technical
issues
