an on-going, ad hoc, perl programming resource to assist with XML-based text
processing.</FONT></DIV>

has an archive of legal reports which exists in a very basic XML format and
which is currently being enriched to the company's current XML schema by a 3rd
party. We require some perl scripts to enable us to manipulate this XML content
for a number of purposes, including quality assuring the enriched
content.</FONT></DIV>

documented and the level of scripting required should be fairly straightforward
for an experienced perl programmer </FONT></DIV>

<DIV><FONT face="Trebuchet MS" size=2><STRONG>Number of Hours<BR></STRONG>This
is not a full-time or part-time position; there may be several hours work per
week for a number of weeks and then nothing for a couple of months. However,
there is scope for an on-going relationship with the individual as the company
has a number of refinements to its in-house publishing process which it will be
working on over the next 6 months or so.</FONT></DIV>

work can be done remotely, but the occasional meeting and perhaps some on-site
work at the Company's offices in central London will be required </FONT></DIV>

rate to be agreed</DIV>

Programmer who would be able to occasionally meet on-site at the Company's
offices in central London or someone in full/part-time employment but with the
flexibility to occasionally be on-site.</DIV>
