[ANNOUNCE] LPW and Action Aid

Dear Perl Mo[u]nguers,

One of the sponsors for the LPW, Investor Dynamics Limited, has decided 
to promote and provide as their sponsorship a raffle on behalf of Action 
Aid: http://www.actionaid.org.uk/. In this capacity they are putting 
forward a first prize of a Canon 1000D Camera with 18-55 IS lens, there 
will be other prizes (to be announced in due course), IDL has also 
kindly offered to match the first £600 pounds raised for the charity.

If anyone would like to buy tickets before the event, or would like to 
buy tickets because they are not attending, they may do so. I will 
accept cheques made payable to Action Aid for this regard and will 
assign numbers to a person based on this. A list of pre-bought tickets 
will be published (with initials to protect identity) before and during 
the event and a list of winning numbers printed afterwards in this manner:
