Nah, I think it's a North European thing.  In France skiing this year,
our apres-ski bar was run by a Dutch guy.  He'd regularly play a Dutch
version of the classic "Heads, Shoulders, Knees and Toes" -- and the
Dutch people in the bar would do the moves!

I think those of us from English-speaking countries probably got over
this ditty by age six or so.
