[LPW] Final Talk Schedules

This should be the final, or nearly final, announce mail for the London 
Perl Workshop.

Just incase you are wondering, it is still going ahead next Saturday 
which is, hopefully, a good thing. We'll endeavour to make this one as 
good and free of serious injuries as the last one.
