Thirded. I think I've had one outage in 3+ years which lasted long enough
for me to pick up the phone and call their tech support, who were polite,
friendly, professional and knowledgable.
Assuming they're a fiver a month more expensive than the competition (as a
wild stab in the dark), that's 180 quid over the odds I've paid. The
standard of service received has been worth way more than that.
