But air cooled plutonium generators relying on a massive "cigarette"
filter" on top of the stack to stop air borne contaminants getting out
are something else.
When the reactor was ramped up, it caught fire and the bod running it
decide to up the air flow to try and "blow" the fire out. Instead the
filter caught fire and raw core contaminants were blown over a massive
area.

Even better that a fluidised bed?
