It's more that if we'd called the milestones "n", "n+1", "n+2", people
would be very, very confused.  Allison put together the current
milestones to help everyone have a better sense of what actually needed
doing and to give us some lines in the sand where we can _know_ that a
certain amount is done. Payments to Chip and Leo are tied to delivering 
on these milestones.

Oh. and there are weekly meetings about what's been going on. They're
open to the public (for listening only. If you say a word, I will crush
