I will try to. Trouble is I'm leaving the country for a while in a few
weeks and won't be around to chase stuff. I do intend to contact OFCOM
about it, although I suspect that they cannot do a lot. I've noticed
that PlusNet's T&Cs grew by about 5x last September, will have to read
the old ones [ie, those that I signed] more carefully and see if they
make equal provision for this charge.
