Unpublished book

Some of you may remember a tech talk we had at Yahoo! about a TibCo 
Rendevous a like they had developed and their publishing system (we, i 
suppose at the time since I was working there) by Bill Hails.

Bill was recently writing a book about implementing other languages in 
Perl until the publisher went quiet. He's opened the book up and is 
looking for comments and constructive criticisms
