This month we're going back to The White Hart
This lovely little pub is the oldest licensed premises in London. The
food is good, the beer tasty, the wine list long and since it's a
theatre pub it has a late licence till midnight.
Food is served all night, with a two hour break from 8 till 10, and the
back area we have reserved has high ceilings and air conditioning
designed to keep it smoke free.
Last month's meeting at The Maple Leaf was a resounding success so
hopefully some of the first timers from that will be tempted to come
Also, If this is your first time then you get to claim a free drink.
Because we're lovely.
Now the standard blurb ...
Social meetings are a chance for people to meet up face to face for a
quiet drink (alcoholic or not) A fair chunk of Perl is talked at the
meetings, but also people who have no interest in the language often

People normally turn up after work, and many stay until closing time.
Food is normally consumed at the pub by those wanting nourishment
though sometimes small groups of people head off for food either
during or after the meeting.
Situated at the north end of Drury Lane, just off the west end of High
Holborn, Covent Garden, Tottenham Court Road,
Many many buses get you to Holborn and Tottenham Court Road.
