I do know that Deloitte has an immigration department that could help with most any company.  I am not sure how cheap they are though.

If the company she works for isn't willing to pay their £, hit me up off list and I will ask some HR people to see if they have any documents that can help her.  I would push her to ask her company to foot the bill though as I know it isn't a walk through process.
