This really isn't difficult.

I have BIND installed on a box at home that's running 24/7 anyway, and
secondary on my colo box. Most of the effort involved is not the editing of
the zonefiles but remembering to pay for the renewal of all those domains.

If you don't have/want a colo box, I can secondary for you in exchange for a
beer.
