Just another suggestion.
Hotel Blue Bells
14 Pembridge Square
nr Notting Hill Gate (Central/Circle/District)
0207 727 6666

I pay £47 per night, get breakfast and wifi at no extra charge. An
underground line runs underneath the place so there is intermittent
train noise until ~ midnight. I don't care but others might.
I have also stayed quite a few times at the Star Hotel, 97-99 Shepherds
Bush Rd. 020 7603 2755 No internet access but the breakfasts are
excellent. Costs £40+ depending on the room.
