I believe in the Flying Spaghetti Monster but belief doesn't make it true.

Being all smart-arsey about disclaimers is just as bad as being all
smart-arsey about recruitment consultants but at least on this subject you
could cite some actual case law to back up your assertion of what is or
isn't real, if indeed you have such a citation ?
