Usenet <-> email gateway

Don't suppose any of you can recommend a usenet <-> email gateway can 
you?  Ideally, I want usenet posts in particular groups to appear in my
mailbox, and for me to be able to post and reply to the group *by 
email*.  But I'd settle for just having stuff appear in my mailbox to
start with.
