I'm with be (http://bethere.co.uk) "24" meg no capped service (i get 
>18 mbps) static ip for 30 ish squids per month.  very happy with it.
took a while to sort out (but that was mainly bulldog dragging their 
heels).  Preconfigured wireless router arrived and it's been up since.
