Linux hardware details

Is this for one machine or for multiple?

There is a very nifty utility called "systemhound" that's designed
for monitoring the hardware configurations of multiple machines. It
certainly gives you all of the information you're asking for (hell,
it can even tell you which of the slots on your motherboard have
memory plugged into them). I have no idea if there's a linux client
for it though.

It is not free, but it is pretty cheap.
