So it's basically meaningless, and is a bit of random PR.

I think this means looking at closer integration with some MS media 
services (MSN, Soapbox?, etc) probably at a content rather than technology 
level, rather than "Gee, let's rewrite everything in asp.NET on Vista". 

So I don't reckon it means anything much, basically. I think the days when 
Microsoft didn't care what you did, so long as you did it on Windows are 
slipping away.
