I wrote two modules for producing HTML syntax highlighting of shell  
and HTML (Syntax::Highlight::Shell and Syntax::Highlight::HTML, pure  
Perl, one dependency each, customisable using CSS), and there are  
Perl::Tidy and PPI::HTML for Perl code. HTH.
