This being the Abbey Business Banking postal account? That is no
counter service, no advice... etc. I have one, and I use the service
tills (ATMs) for all paying these days, and I use the web based
service as well (which is fine, apart from it complains that I using
Firefox, which they say is not secure enough...).
But it can be frustrating (took me two months to get a paying in
book, partly my fault). RBS do this type (postal) and the full
service (15 quid a month etc etc).
