This being the Abbey Business Banking postal account? That is no 
counter service, no advice... etc. I have one, and I use the service 
tills (ATMs) for all paying these days, and I use the web based 
service as well (which is fine, apart from it complains that I using 
Firefox, which they say is not secure enough...).

But it can be frustrating (took me two months to get a paying in 
book, partly my fault). RBS do this type (postal) and the full 
service (15 quid a month etc etc).
