i believe they just did. 94% of the real world (tm) runs windows.

as a side note, os x users should uninstall wmp9 (which i believe m$  
is no longer supporting) and just install flip4mac, which enables  
quicktime to play windows media (for free, you'll have to pay if you  
want to export from quicktime, iirc).
