we have a Portable Unified Builder which works with our Packaging and 
INstallation Tool. For some reason bar is more often used in usage 
examples than foo.

We're also trying to work out a name for my team - we've got as far as 
Content Handling And Validation, but we're not happy with it, mainly 
because it's not really what we do.
