Best coffee in town IMO is Flat White on Berwick Street. Nearby there's
a couple of awesome pubs (The Ship, The John Snow and the Volunteer)
and, foodwise, nearby there's The Beach Burrito Cafe, Beatroot (vegan
food) and, just round the corner, the most excellent Bodeans.

No wifi unfortunately.
