You might try a2rt.org in Birmingham, <http://www.a2rt.org/>.  I found 
their info off Freegeek, which is really what you want except that it is 
located in Portland, Oregon and Olympia, Washington.  It isn't clear how 
much they focus on reselling versus recycling.
