Just a small note to anybody who had been planning on testing
Finance::Bank::HSBC - there was a bug in the security code entering
code that meant character "last but one" was treat as the "last"... no
prizes for guessing why it didn't break my testing.

But, for the record, under caffeinated coding in the wee hours of the
morning can be hazardous to your bug list.
