I'm confused. That position isn't logical. Why spend money storing them,
if that someone isn't going to read them again. Why not sell them?

Apart from exploring that route of "when and why are they going to come
out of storage?" I have no good idea. And the silence suggests that everyone
else also can't comprehend the mindset sufficiently to know how to reason
with it.
