I suspect it's a strategy that risks having to talk to even more
arseheads - so I'll probably give it a miss.

Actually maybe I should send a picture to ParcelFarce and ask them what
the hell they've done to my nice new laptop

It really was a cruel trick because I am, in fact, waiting for a laptop
that a friend is kindly sending me :)
