It all seems to be relative to where you grew up.  I myself, coming
from Worcestershire,   have had Southerners call me Northern,
Northerners call me Southern and the Brummies call me Welsh.  Really
there's no consensus to find. :)

Chap I knew from Jersey reckoned we're all Northerners really, but
then he was a funny island native...
