Emergency dim sum, today?

(The emergency being that I haven't had dim sum for a while.)

Anyone up for dim sum lunch today?  I was thinking either Phoenix
Palace (Baker Street station, Marylebone station) or Pearl Liang
(Paddington station). Or we could even go to the Old China Hand in
Finsbury, which is a pub that offers both real ale and dim sum.
