Riiiiiiiight.  If I had a dollar for every time I've heard that ...

My favorite was when an employer who will not be named was concerned
because I was so strident about testing.  He told me "I don't want you
to think that we don't do testing!"

Even though they didn't do testing, that statement is not a lie.
