Not to sound self-serving, but have you tried mine? (RPC::XML)

Last I checked, the Frontier::* modules were orphaned. And XMLRPC::Lite is 
fine, but it carries with it the overhead of the rest of the SOAP::Lite 
framework. Plus, I generally am able to answer questions within a week or so of 
being asked :-).
