I'm not 100% sure we can discount the tube, but if you insist. Nowhere
else is allowed to have any kind of fare control, to the best of my
knowledge no other city has a comprehensive all night bus system running
using the same price structure as during the day. And certainly no other
city has as many restrictions on car usage as an aid to bus and taxi passage
or an as well regulated licenced taxi system.
