Am having a flashback to an episode of a show - I think "my two dads",
where yet-another-inappropriate-boyfriend advocates steel-toe-capped-boots
as a necessary tool for cleanly decapitating pigeons ..

there must be something deeply rooted in my pigeon-psyche
to have caused this flurry of de-lurking ..
