Well, more ideal would be cars that self-limit to the current speed
limit. And won't go when the traffic light is red.
Then maybe the fact that traffic lights are set up to ensure good
traffic flow would work instead of people coming out into a junction and
sitting there, not letting people whose light is green thorugh on the
handy cross roundabout for example.
But yes, probably not viewed as a feature by (m)any.
