Yeah, someone's working on it.  When it comes back up maybe I'll move
the errata to jrock.us, which I have more control over :)

(Supposedly the publisher maintains an errata list... but they're not
doing that.  "Maybe if we ignore the errata, people will think the
book's perfect!!111!."  Yeah.)
