WTF? Does anyone knows why is the package B published here?

   Hoy everybody.
   I was wandering through CPAN tonight, and stumbled upon this:

   http://search.cpan.org/~tty/kurila-1.8_0/ext/B/B.pm

   Horrified, I realized it's the "B" module, part of Perl's core. I 
believe it's supposed to be under http://search.cpan.org/~rgarcia 
(because Rafael is currently the honorable perl pumpking).

   WTF?

   Can anyone please tell me how is this possible?
