"Contact sharing is currently available for all Google Apps domains (...).

Enabling contact sharing creates a shared address book which includes all
users at the domain. Contact sharing does not allow users to share their
personal contacts with each other."

In other words, you have a company-wide address book.

@Minty: yeah, no spam over POP. It'd be a net loss having spam listed in the
LIST; the volume is just _so_ high now (this domain for example has
>100K/month). Be sure to click "Not a spam" in the interface if you do find
false +ves. If you see recurring false +ves please contact support -- false
+ves are taken v seriously by spam team.
