Having users being potentially able to share functionality like this (whether intentionally or not) sounds like a world of pain which you just Do Not Want.

Unless it is explicitly What You Want, in which case the mechanism should be explicit and visible.

Anyone got a use case where handling this with cleverness rather than explicitness would be the right thing?
