One of my favourites, but only if you con some poor sod of a housemate into
chopping the spuds for you (too much effort to prepare unless I'm really
craving it).

And I still have no idea what the correct spelling for it is. I've seen
Panacalty, Panacalti, Panaculti, Panaculty etc. etc. etc.

But yes, truly delicious.

And for those of you who have no idea what we're talking about, it's layered
potato slices, bacon and sausage in a delicious gravy and optionally topped
with cheese. Bake in the oven.
