Why is SW5 so small?

It would appear so. Usually I get four quid, sometimes I only get two. Given
that I make 1.50 and 2.50 journeys as well but never get refunds for those
amounts, I've no idea how they decide how much to refund.

And yes, I always tick the "Pre Pay" box on the claim form.
