No. You are just performing a critique of the accessibility of the 
email as sent....

A partially sighted person using a screen reader would have the 
subject field presented first (I assume). Old fogey users of email 
(e.g. myself since 1980, that is nearly thirty years) tend to require 
important details to be repeated in the body of the email, even if it 
is in the subject field.

That is just the way we are.
